We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after a purchase has been made.

However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery cannot be processed.
  • Please provide clear pictures of the damaged or defective product when contacting us.
  • After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a suitable return or exchange solution.
